to come: fitness & health

long time no blog-

I honestly have no real explanation for this, other thank the fact that I am super lazy when it comes to blogging.. oops. This is a new chapter in my life. 

I want to continue blogging (even if no one reads this (if you do, say "hi," it means a ton!), but I don't want to write about things that bore me. So for the next little while, this blog will be taking a different direction. I have recently (like in the past few weeks), begun running & other forms of exercise. I want to share my workouts with you, along with healthy recipes or other things that are health & fitness related. 

Ok, confession time: I used to hate running/exercising. I can count on one hand the amount of times I have willingly done anything of the sort before now. I thought running was boring, stupid, and ineffective. Boy was I wrong. 

When I was younger I danced and played soccer, but since then, I've done close to nothing outside of mandatory P.E. classes. Both this year and last year I've played badminton, which while it isn't physical itself, we run & do other toning exercises during practice. So I had some, but not enough, physical movement in my everyday life.

I'll talk about my running and everything else later on, but for now I just wanted to share some of my background with you, and let you know that there is more to come.
